The 4 ways of dealing with the (4 types) of people

Have you ever been scrolling instagram and felt a tiny bit jealous? Of someone getting married out of the blue, or on a nice holiday somewhere while you’re stuck working….

Or have you ever felt resentment, toward someone that yells at you & hurts your feelings?

Both these are examples of us feeling negative emotions, because of someone else… because of something outside of us.

What if I told you that there is a way to protect your mental peace, regardless of what is happening outside of you.

The science of Yoga is all about mastering our mind & going beyond to realise our true nature.

It deals not only with practices like meditation — but gives us a practical understanding of how to deal with different types of people.

The great sage Patanjali, who wrote the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (a manual for self-realisation & mastering the mind), categorised people into 4 types.

The categorisation may sound narrow at first, but is actually all encompassing.

  • Happy people
  • Unhappy people
  • Virtuous People
  • Non virtuous people — (like the person yelling at you)

He gives us 4 specific ways of dealing with these 4 types of people.

In this video, I take you through them in detail.

You will learn exactly how to deal with the different categories, while keeping your mental peace & actually opening your heart.
