The importance of doing NOTHING

We talk so much about meditation techniques, which technique is good, what are the nuances of different techniques etc etc.

And sometimes we turn meditation into this thing that sounds so difficult and effort-full, that just the thought of it puts us off.

You see, a technique is simply there to lead you to your natural state, your inner silence.

So you can see things as they really are. Awaken. And be free from suffering.

If you find your current practice too effort-full, and it’s becoming just another “task” on your list — try this instead.

In this video I share with you a practice that is as powerful as it is simple.

Just sitting.

Enjoy.

Rishi.
