We talk so much about meditation techniques, which technique is good, what are the nuances of different techniques etc etc.
And sometimes we turn meditation into this thing that sounds so difficult and effort-full, that just the thought of it puts us off.
You see, a technique is simply there to lead you to your natural state, your inner silence.
So you can see things as they really are. Awaken. And be free from suffering.
